Throughout my 30-year career in the public and private sectors, I worked in various leadership roles in centralized, decentralized, and shared-service environments while keeping a pulse on the operational and financial activities, organizational structure, and change management throughout offices in the United States and Canada. My hands-on approach and forward-thinking strategies enabled me to proactively identify gaps, such as implementing solutions & best practices, navigating economic challenges, improving cash flow, mitigating risks, maximizing sales, and serving as an internal consultant (subject matter expert). Through this experience, I gained a passion for the linkages between various business functions and integrating technology through implementation, configurations, customizations, custom-builds, and enhancements, improving the customers’ experience and reducing operating costs.
